The Chaux de Gilley dairy is located in the heart of the Hauts-Doubs mountains, in the beautiful Saugeais region, with pastures at an altitude of over 1,000 meters!
The cheese dairy uses only organic milk, and all other ingredients essential to cheese production are organic.
